His educational qualification includes Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors of Business Administration. He is a dedicated professional with hands-on experience in addressing sensitive issues, organized and efficient with a flair of prioritizing. He has his major expertise in the area of Strategic Human Resource and Planning, Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Management, Performance Management and Labour Relations. He is a highly competent communicator, skilled in developing initiatives and leading teams.
With 10 years of professional working experience in Tanzania and Burundi, Mrs. Vanesa Birungi has expertise in Corporate Finance, Commercial Functions and Accounts. His approach includes being detailed oriented, dedicated and multi-tasking. He has the experience of reviewing and presenting the financial reports, implementation of accounting procedures and policies in compliance with IFRS, In Charge of Credit Control - Managing of Receivables, and Cost Control. With his hands-on experience in ERP Implementation of a forward-looking organization like ours, he is always keen on making new advancements as per the changing market scenario.
