Karen joined our office August 2016. She one of our full time Dental Assistant, who is DANB x-ray and ICE certified. She has been a dental assistant for 18 years. She and her family are long time East Haven residents. Karen enjoys reading, photography, walking and kayaking. A favorite past time is spending time with her family; especially her two boys. Karen has earned her Associates degree in Medical Office Administration and also assists at the front desk with checking insurance, answering phones and everything in between. Expect a smile and a wave in the office or around thetown.

Meghan Thomas is a registered dental hygienist who grew up in Durham, Connecticut. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of New Haven with her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. She now lives in East Haven with her husband, Andrew, and their four sweet pet bunnies. Meghan likes spending her free time enjoying the outdoors, playing the piano, and trying a new recipe for a savory dish or delectable baked good. She also enjoys the arts and drives down to New York City every so often to take in a museum, a Broadway show, the Philharmonic, or an opera. Meghan is excited to be joining the team at Ocean Dental and looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with all the patients and the surrounding community in the years to come.
Michelle Doebrick is a full time Dental Assistant and has been working with us since August 2014. She graduated from the CT School of Professional Studies in 2010. After graduation she worked as an Endodontic Dental Assistant. Michelle is very caring and always has a smile on her face. She is eager to learn new things and is always willing to help out anyway she can. She just recently got her x-ray certification. She has been a resident of Branford all of her life. She is now a first time home owner.In her free time she enjoys relaxing at home with her dog Bruin, cat Jasmine and with her boyfriend Ray. She is also an avid Boston Bruins fan.
