On Point Building Company Founder Andrew O'Brien was just 15 years old, when he was introduced to the world of building and construction. Spending his summers working with a lifelong Dutch master carpenter named Marcel, Andrew began to master everything from electrical and plumbing onto tiling and painting. After high school he went on to work as both a commercial plumber and turbine worker, building both his skill set and capital to start his first business, On Point Exterminating. While expanding his network, it was apparent there was a need from his clients for more than just extermination. His real estate contacts provided an opportunity to start developing property before it went to market and took notice of his keen eye for design. He then expanded his business model in 2017, and On Point Building Company was born. The company now develops property for sale, and after purchase ensuring clients get everything they can imagine at a price they can afford.
