Erin Oakley

Erin is our very own master trainer of the TRX Suspension Training Program Certified directly through TRX. Erin brings a fun energetic class that offers a high variety of exercises guaranteed to give you a great full body workout. Her program also offers a variety of free weights and cardio HIIT training using the versa climber, rower and medicine balls. Erin is a graduate from the University of Hartford and enjoys running and traveling to exotic beaches around the world!

Jon Torine

Within the dynamic realm of professional sports, Jon Torine stands as a beacon of excellence, his illustrious journey marked by a profound impact on the National Football League (NFL) and beyond. A graduate of Springfield College (MA), Torine's NFL odyssey commenced in 1995 when he was appointed as the Buffalo Bills' assistant strength and conditioning coach, a role that catapulted him into the league's spotlight. Just three years later, he made history as the youngest head strength and conditioning coach in NFL history, leading the Indianapolis Colts to unprecedented heights of success, including two Super Bowl appearances and a glorious victory in Super Bowl XLI. Torine's passion for athletic performance extends far beyond the professional arena, resonating deeply with youth athletes striving for greatness. His dedication to fostering physical, moral, and emotional excellence culminated in his pivotal roles within the NFL

He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist from the national strength and conditioning association. His NSCA CSCS certification is the highest and most prestigious sports performance award. Bob is a graduate of Montclair State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science.
