My life in hospitality began when I enrolled in a professional cookery course at the world-renowned Westminster Kingsway College in London. Here I earned the Diploma in Professional Cookery, a top qualification fully endorsed by the ‘Craft Guild of Chefs'... I have now been a professional chef for over 15 years. I started my career in London, working for some of the city's most prestigious hotels and restaurants, together with leading private event companies. This allowed me to refine my culinary expertise and to learn more about the hospitality industry...
