Barray Arnaud

My name is Arnaud Barray, I was born in 1986. I grew up in the south of France. From age 21 to 23, after finishing my bachelor's degree in business administration, I lived in the US for 2 years. When I returned to Europe, I started my career in Private Banking in Geneva Switzerland in 2010. For the past 10 years, I have been working with high net worth individuals in Switzerland. I also completed my MBA in the Geneva Business School and have done one semester in Argentina in 2015. I am the father of a boy and a little girl. I am also very entrepreneurial. Since 2018, I run my own Private Office.

Bud Delhees

Bud specializes in portfolio monitoring with a main focus on creating transparency for the client, renegotiating fees with banks and asset managers as well as data-driven risk and optimization analysis. After two years at a trustee company in Liechtenstein, he switched to Consilia, where he has been working since 2019. Throughout his studies at the University of Lucerne, he helped to develop Consilia's monitoring system and expand its analytical capabilities. In 2021, he graduated with a Master's degree in Economics and Management with the specialization in Applied Data Science from the University of Lucerne. His interest in financial market transparency led him to write his Master's thesis with the title of "Predicting Total Expense Ratios of Swiss Fund products". By focusing on data-driven objectivity, his goal is to bring new vigor into the industry.

She has an extensive wealth & estate planning career, earning a solid reputation for her work on international trust & foundation. Her experience includes managing complex & sophisticated trust and corporate structures for private and corporate clients located around the globe, including Latin America and Asia but more specifically in the Middle east. Cecile is chairing the Wealth Management & Estate Planning focus Group of XLNC, she is also an active member of several significant professional bodies including The International Bar Association (IBA) and The International Tax Planning Association (ITPA). Former Chairwoman of the STEP branch in Geneva and also Former Chairwoman of the STEP Swiss & Liechtenstein Federation, acknowledged as a "prominent figure" in the "Leading Trustees" category of CityWealth Leaders List. Dany Vial

Dany Vial has been CEO and one of the founding members of the SBS GVA S. A. group since 2017. He was one of the first IT banking auditors for the most important banks in the market. He then accepted the position of CTO within the Mirabaud & Cie S. A. Group from 1997 to 2010, before taking over as Group Chief Information Officer from 2011 to 2016. he wrote and implemented numerous Front, Middle and Back-End banking systems, as well as the necessary digital solutions for portfolio management and customer contact. He has opened banking institutions in England, Spain, France, Luxembourg and the United Arab Emirates. SBS has also built a reputation for optimizing the management of financial and tax information.

Debons Jean

In 2019, Jean-Daniel left UBS. He was responsible for the bank's UHNWI clients, Family Offices and large entrepreneurs based in Wallis. After 30 years with Credit Suisse and UBS, he decided to join the Zurich based consultant Zwei Wealth. Today, he helps his clients to achieve complete transparency in a neutral and independent way in their asset management, compare their managers with each other and with the market and make calls for tenders to obtain the best investment proposals.

Eric Bissonnier - CEO

Eric Bissonnier joined IBO in June 2022 as CEO. Eric's investment experience stretches to 1992 for Chase Manhattan Private Bank in Geneva and New York. In 1998 he joined the well-known alternative multi-manager firm EIM and became CIO in 2002. He remained in the role with Gottex and LumX Asset Management, successor companies of EIM, until 2019. He was instrumental in developing LumRisk, a risk management Fintech spinoff of EIM. He also developed an investment methodology using NLP reading of patents to identify global decarbonisation leaders, using Python, SQL and big data. Eric is a CFA Charterholder and an active member of the Swiss CFA Society and holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Geneva.

Florian Marguier - CTO

Florian Marguier joined IBO in 2015 as Head of the IT department to pilot the various projects of the company. For the past 10 years, Florian worked as developer and production manager on various projects related to website development and Internet applications at both Iomedia Limited and Virtua SA. Responsible for both the analysis, maintenance and development, Florian worked for prestigious customers including Alinghi, Breitling, CIO, America's Cup, Nespresso, Edipresse and the Swatch Group. He holds a Master's degree in IT Engineering, Distributed Systems and Multimedia.

Genequand Sarah

Sarah enjoys sparking women's interest to finance. She uses her knowledge to help them better understand, control their finances and increase their self-confidence. She wrote "Women are worth it", to be published in English in 2020. Sarah was born in Geneva. In 2002, she obtained her masters from the Institute of International Studies in Geneva. Four years later, she obtained the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management. Her area of expertise includes governance and audit of legal structures. In 2003, Sarah began her professional career in the Trust business with Cititrust (Switzerland) SA and then Barclaytrust (Suisse) SA where she worked as a Trust Officer.

Hochstadter Christopher

Since he founded Kineta Trusted Advisors in 2014, Christopher has been leading several projects such as advising single family offices and offering high level solutions for HNWIs and financial institutions. From 2001 till 2012, Christopher held several positions in portfolio and fund management for companies such as the Bellevue Group (Boston), DWS (Frankfurt), Julius Baer (Geneva), and UBP (Geneva). Christopher Hochstadter is a graduate from Boston University and University of Notre Dame.

Joseph (Bechaalany SA) is a Swiss tax and commercial attorney, based in Lausanne, Switzerland and active in Dubai, France, Beirut and Switzerland (Lausanne). He has a 30 year international experience in tax and legal advice, working for PwC, Tetra Pak, founding a Swiss leading law firm before starting his own boutique law firm in Switzerland with a presence in France, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) and Lebanon. Nicholas Hochstadter - Founder

Before founding IBO in 2005, Nicholas Hochstadter worked as a portfolio manager at Credit Suisse. He then joined Ferrier Lullin & Cie as head of discretionary portfolio management. At Credit Suisse, he led the PMnet project to design and implement a fully automated system for portfolio management. Nicholas Hochstadter is a graduate of the Ecole de Management et de Communication in Geneva.

Pasteur Lionel

Before founding Pasteur Finance SA in 2013, I was responsible for setting up a management department for a large Independent Manager and then serving as CIO for 14 years. Today, I support the Independent Managers and the Family Offices in the continuous improvement of their management. I also help them find any organizational or technical solution they may need.
