Alex Belcher - Managing Director

After Alex graduated, he pursued a career in the wine trade for 10 years. He then returned to university where he graduated with an MBA and returned to the Channel Islands to work in the Groups' property portfolio. He led the development of Forum 3 on Grenville Street as well as the adjacent property Forum 4. Serviced offices have become a significant feature in both properties representing 4 of the 10 floors. The tenants of these buildings range from blue chip, listed companies to technology start-ups, as well family offices and Government organisations including Digital Jersey. Alex also developed the group's acquisition in Anley Street in 2019 which is let to 2 financial services providers as well as group owned companies, Polygon Insurance Brokers, Polygon Pensions, Polymetrix and and Polygon Uderwriting. He then went on to lead the developments of Les Vardes House, Bucktrout House and Hadlsey House which are operated purely as serviced offices in Guernsey. The six properties amount to approximately 60,000 square feet and are currently fully let to over 60 tenants. Alex is also currently on the board of BookingTek Ltd which is a significant group investment. The company has featured on the Sunday Times top 100 fastest growing companies and supplies software to hotel chains.

Bahar Mowbray

With over 20 years of experience in Business Development in both the financial services and commercial sector, Bahar joined Polygon Collective in 2019. Prior to her time with Polygon Collective, her roles included Guernsey Finance the quasi-government agency for the finance sector where she led international delegations to Asia, Middle East and Europe working closely with the investment funds, private client, banking and insurance industry. She was key in the liaison with industry to deliver the jurisdictions' development plans globally and subsequently gained further experience with a private client firm. As head of relations, Bahar is responsible for Polygon Collective's clients and stakeholders, including the management of the Polygon Serviced Offices property portfolio and tenants in Guernsey. She is also responsible for the philanthropic partnerships and activities for the group and sits on the board of Art of Guernsey. Bahar is studying towards the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland qualification.

Garry McIlreavy

Job Titles:

A native Scot, Garry moved to Jersey in 1988. Following a couple of years in retail, Garry moved to the construction industry working on both small and large developments with Parkinson Construction. In 2008 Garry joined G4S where he was responsible for a variety of duties including store security, front of house and private events. Garry joined Polygon Serviced Offices in 2020 in a support role for our tenants as well as taking on reception and facilities responsibilities.

Geoff King

Job Titles:
  • Facilities Manager
Geoff joined Polygon Serviced Offices in 2023 and is responsible for planning, maintaining and managing facilities within our three Guernsey offices as well as ensuring good working relationships with our tenants. Prior to this Geoff spent 45 years as a self-employed plasterer. With a wide knowledge base of the building industry, and a practical approach, he brings a hands-on ability to our facilities department. Outside of work Geoff enjoys going the to the gym, cycling and cold-water swimming.

Kim Breen

Job Titles:
  • Receptionist
Kim was born & educated in Jersey and has two grown up children, whom she is very proud of. Many of Kim's years have been spent working within the facilities area of the finance industry. Kim joined Polygon Serviced Offices in August 2018, taking on a part-time receptionist role, to assist the Polygon Management team. In her spare time she enjoys catching up with family, socialising with friends, walking and relaxing with a good book.

Marcus Perello

Job Titles:
  • Properties Manager
Marcus initially got into the property management sector when he joined JP Morgan Chase Bank in 2001 as their Senior Facilities Assistant. In 2008 he became the building manager and looked after all aspects of the buildings in both Jersey and Guernsey. Marcus acted as the main contact in Jersey for JP Morgan when there was a multi-million-pound refit in 2012. Marcus left the firm to work for Polygon Serviced Offices in June 2015 where he is Properties Manager responsible for three buildings in Jersey and three in Guernsey. Marcus is very sociable and is usually the first smiling face to appear at the Forum properties in Jersey.
