Adam Bradshaw serves as the Kenosha and Walworth County Account Executive at Chicago Title. Prior to joining The Chicago Title family in 2020, Adam gained valuable sales experience through reputable companies such as In'tech Medical and Circa, where he learned what it takes to get the roots of customer needs and better understanding how to solve their problems. He has worked on a large range of transactions since joining the real estate industry, primarily residential.
Adam is a graduate of Carthage College in Kenosha and holds a BA in Marketing. During his tenure at Carthage he worked as a Fundraising volunteer alongside Relay for Life, Chicagoland Cardiac Connections, and also worked field prep for the Kenosha Kingfish on numerous occasions. He is an avid hunter, and loves to run/lift. He enjoys trips to his family cabin in Buffalo County as well.

Duane Wunsch is Vice President and State Counsel for Chicago Title's Wisconsin operation. Duane joined Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in 1978 as Assistant Counsel and became part of the Fidelity National Title Group family through the acquisition of Commonwealth in 2008. Duane has 35 years of experience, including searching and examining titles, handling title insurance claims, and training title company staff. He is also a frequent author and presenter of title insurance and real estate title continuing education programs.
Duane is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, where he was a past chair of the Real Property Section, and the Wisconsin Land Title Association, where he is a director.
Duane is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison and received his JD degree from Emory University School of Law.

Jake Wilson is a Commercial Account Executive and joined Chicago Title in 2019. As a former commercial broker, Jake has the unique point of view in understanding his customers. He proactively anticipates customers' needs and strives to add value for everyone with whom he works.
Prior to joining Chicago Title, Jake helped develop proprietary products for the food packaging industry. He helped grow company sales from $4m to $15m and achieved fastest growing manufacturer in southeastern Wisconsin in 2017.
Jake is a lover of sports and currently enjoys playing golf, tennis, volleyball, and basketball. He is active on the board for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Tomorrows Leaders. Jake is also passionate about giving back to his community by helping with other charities/charitable companies such as Junior Achievement, AHA, and JX Gives Back.

James Ystesund is Assistant Vice President and Sales Manager for Chicago Title's Wisconsin-based commercial operation. Jim was hired in 1998 to grow new revenue segments and manage various conversion projects. Over the years, he has grown the office's footprint from two counties to statewide title and escrow coverage. Jim helped establish a national commercial services division in Wisconsin as well as integrate new offices and manage acquisitions. Most importantly, he has assembled an amazing sales team.

Jim is a proud member of the Commercial Association of Realtors, the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association and the Metropolitan Builders Association. Jim earned his Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and his Master's Degree in Project Management. He has board member affiliations with Rebuilding Together and Playworks.
Jim lives in Cedarburg with his wife and two sons and enjoys coaching youth baseball as well as traveling with his family. He also enjoys going to Brewer and Packer games.

Lisa Smith is the State Commercial Operations Manager, for Chicago Title Wisconsin, which includes the oversight of commercial real estate closings. She has been in the title business for 30 years. 20 of which have been with Chicago Title. Lisa has also been on the escrow committee for Chicago Title and on the board of directors for Chicago Land Agency.

Lisa has been married for 27 years to her husband Adam, they have two daughters. Lisa loves spending time exploring different parts of the city, the arts and attending baseball games. Lisa and her family are strong believers in community service and are involved in helping charities such as Misericordia, The Food Pantry and St. Vincent de Paul.
Lisa was named Associate of the Year for Homebuilders and is a member of the Presidents Club.
Lisa joined Chicago Title in May, 2016 and brings with her over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. She brings a high-level of customer service to our clients and is responsible for conducting commercial real estate sale closings by managing the overall process from receipt of the transaction through funding and disbursement.

Marshal is a commercial account executive responsible for servicing clients in Wisconsin and throughout the country. He works with our business development team to identify prospective clients while taking a creative and considerate approach to customer service. Marshal has experience in commercial brokerage and also with a commercial investment firm. He is a Milwaukee native and earned degrees in Real Estate and Economics from UW Madison.

Tashe Bozinovski started in the title industry in 1978. He learned the business, what customers wanted from a title provider and decided, along with Al Quadraccia, that they could start their own company and exceed their customer's expectations. In 1981 they opened Landmark Title and have been meeting and exceeding our customer's needs ever since. His philosophy has always been that going above and beyond will keep customers coming back to him. They believe in establishing a partnership with their customers because they know that if the deal falls apart they all lose. He feels that it is his job to understand the transactions, offer the best possible service and work with our customers to get the deals closed.
