PVRWA

The Petroleum Valley Regional Water Authority is an area-wide water authority with representatives from the impacted municipalities. Volunteers orchestrated the design, construction, and operation of a new $22-million water distribution system. The system consists of 1.2 mg pump station, approximately 23 miles of main waterline with a 12" directional bore under the Allegheny River.
