QCare was established as a devoted domiciliary healthcare provider in November 1993 by a Welsh family. The family still own and direct the business today... The company started from a bungalow in Gilwern, but soon moved to business premises in Abergavenny, as a result of this Abergavenny continues to be our Head Office location and, despite some expansion to England and to more urban centres, QCare remains a Welsh company with a deep understanding of and commitment to domiciliary care provision in rural communities...
