Provenance Profiles LLC is bringing down the curtain after a highly satisfying run. We thank our clients who now have the historical account that they wished for, a legacy to pass on to future generations. We are moved by the gratitude you have shown us. Upon a unanimous vote of the Members to voluntarily dissolve the LLC, all business activity ceased. Notice is hereby given to all persons interested or who may be affected by Provenance Profiles LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability corporation, that the LLC is winding up and settling its affairs so that its corporate existence shall be ended by the issuance of a Certificate of Dissolution and Termination by the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
