Serving as Country Manager for Radiant Canada since 2017, Harry Smit joined the team through an acquisition of Lomas Logistics where he served as SVP and General Manager. Prior to his leadership role at Lomas Logistics, Harry was the Vice President of Sales and Customer service, leading Canada's largest small package delivery company of over 1.5 billion in sales.
Under his leadership at Radiant Canada, Harry has lead the transformation to providing Integrated Distribution Services that has resulted in securing and growing business with several leading multinational companies. He also serves as Senior Vice President for Radiant Global Logistics.

Linda McNeil CPA CA has worked at various roles within Radiant Canada since joining in 2013.
Prior to joining Radiant, Ms McNeil served as Director Internal Audit at Marsulex Inc. for 5 years supporting the company's Canadian SOX compliance. Linda is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Ontario and practiced in public accounting with KPMG for 13 years.
