Owner and operator of RedSmith Genetics, Hatch Cummings Smith, Jr., or Cummings, the locals call him, was born and raised in the cattle business. A fifth generation cattle rancher, Hatch has always had a passion for the cattle industry. In the late 1990's, he raised and sold registered Angus under his brand. He spends most of his free time outdoors - daily operations at the ranch, working cattle, hunting and fishing, and spending time with family...
