Kevin Phillips

Kevin is a Principal of Range Properties and works in business development and strategy. Prior to his current position, Kevin worked for a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs as an analyst in Dallas, Texas. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Finance. Kevin is also involved with Phillips Management Group and several charitable organizations. He serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the Phillips Foundation through which he and his family implement high-impact grants within the Greensboro/Guilford County community.

Mark McCracken

Mark is a Principal of Range Properties and works in commercial real estate management and brokerage. A graduate of Furman University, and a native of Waynesville, NC, Mark has over 10 years of experience in Southeast real estate markets. Mark works with a variety of retail, medical, industrial and office clients; assisting them with site selection, market analysis, and representation. Mark spends his free time with his family and playing an occasional round of golf. He enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community.

Tyler Richardson

Job Titles:
  • Principal
Tyler is a Principal of Range Properties and is Director of Asset Management. Prior to the launch of Range, Tyler was Asset Manager at Richardson Properties, where he started as an analyst in 2008. His primary role at Richardson was analyzing development deals and finding new opportunities for acquisition and investment. He also managed a portfolio of office and apartment properties for the company and started the company's syndicated investments program. Tyler earned his B.A. in English from Georgetown University in 2001. In 2008, he completed his MBA at UNC Chapel Hill with a concentration in Real Estate. He holds his real estate brokerage license in North Carolina. Prior to earning his MBA, Tyler worked in Sales and Marketing for Nomacorc, LLC, the world leader in synthetic wine closures. Tyler currently serves on the boards of the Center for Creative Leadership and Piedmont Trust Company.
