R&R Acupuncture was founded in 2019 by Rachel Rosenhagen, LAc, to make acupuncture and herbal medicine more easily accessible to the south suburbs of Chicago. The name R&R stands for Relief and Renewal: relief from pain and disharmony, and renewal of the body, mind, and spirit... Our goal for your health is all in the name. Let's start with the basic expression: "Get some R&R." That expression commonly stands for "rest and relaxation." Life can be difficult, especially when there is illness, pain, or any other symptoms of an imbalance in the body. Rest and relaxation are necessary to balance out busy and stressful schedules. We encourage our acupuncture sessions to be viewed not only as healthcare, but also as a restful and relaxing break during your week... Specifically for our business, "R&R" stands for Relief and Renewal. Our primary focus is to provide relief from whatever ails you: physical pain, emotional pain, anxiety, illness, or other symptoms that have come your way.
