Andrea Gerth

Andrea graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in accounting and obtained her CGA designation in 2008. She joined the firm in 2020 and brings 15 year of experience in public accounting. Andrea is involved in assurance engagements, year-end financial statement preparation and reviewing personal and corporate tax returns.

Anthony Gignac

Job Titles:

Anthony is another long-term Associate of the firm. He serves a varying range of clients in the small business area of our practice. He also serves as our technology specialist and is well versed in assisting our clients with day-to-day bookkeeping issues and provides support for people using Sage 50 and Quickbooks. Anthony has a Business diploma from Conestoga College.

Bianca Norte

Bianca recently graduated from Conestoga College with a BBA in Accounting, Audit, & Information Technology. In her free time, she is a food blogger which consists of going to tasting events and collaborating with restaurants within Kitchener-Waterloo and the GTA. She also believes in living a healthy lifestyle and strives to move her body everyday!

Devon Burtch

Devon graduated from Conestoga College with a BBA in Accounting, Audit, & Information technology. Devon provides corporate and personal tax returns for clients. In his free time Devon enjoys going to the gym and actively participating in sports like Baseball and Golf.

Dianne MacDonald

Dianne MacDonald is a Chartered Accountant who has a significant amount of personal income tax experience and delivers quality customer service to the clients she serves. Dianne has a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Bachelor of Education from Western University and is a CA legacy designation holder. Committed to her profession, she is a past president of the Waterloo-Wellington CPA Association and teaches accounting courses at Conestoga College. When not in the office, Dianne can be found cooking a gourmet meal or enjoying the sunsets on the shores of Lake Huron.

Elisa Prisecaru

Fern Seto

Fern Seto joined the firm as an Associate in 2013. She has extensive accounting knowledge dealing mainly with owner-managed businesses. She works closely with our clients to provide practical and effective advice. Fern graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Economics and later obtained her CGA Ontario designation.

Hayden Moffat

Jessica Craik

Lucci Racolta is a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Public Accountant who excels in delivering exceptional service to his clients and getting to know their businesses intimately to provide the best advice possible. Lucci prides himself on professionalism and has a great deal of experience with medical professionals, manufacturers and other small business owners. Lucci has an undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a legacy CA designation holder. He also serves as Treasurer of the Breslau Recreation Association and volunteers with Waterloo Minor Soccer and Junior Achievements. When not in the office, Lucci can be found on the soccer pitch or spending time with his family, preferably at the beach.

As Client Service Administrator, she is responsible for all office procedures and administrative functions and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. She directly oversees all financial matters such as client billing, banking, and accounts receivable. Delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients, firm partners and accounting team has always been an essential part of a day's work for Molly. Away from the office Molly enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games with her boys, and traveling to sunny destinations for relaxation and sunsets on the beach.

Natalie Williamson

Natalie Williamson joined the firm as a Staff Accountant in 2016. Since then, she has used her knowledge of the family business dynamic to help our clients remain in compliance with tax authorities.
