She has introduced financial operating systems, strategic planning initiatives, standardisation and risk management systems across multiple entities in a variety of industries.

Daniel is responsible for operational management, acquisitions and investment management. Daniel has over 17 years of property industry experience spanning a range of asset classes and disciplines. Daniel is a licensed practicing valuer, former Director of Colliers International and has previously represented a high-net-worth family office acquiring and managing real estate assets predominantly in Australia. ​Daniel has a proven track record in navigating complex transactions and delivering value-driven outcomes across diverse real estate projects. At RMR Partners, Daniel's role is to oversee new property investment opportunities and the asset and development management of the property portfolio.

Tim has over 20 years' experience across corporate finance, private equity, and property development and investment in Australia and Asia. He has successfully led transactions across a range of industries, including real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure, with a proven track record of delivering value for stakeholders. Tim's role is to initiate acquisition opportunities, manage existing and future investors and the banking relationships of the business. ​ Tim is also a founding partner of a private equity hotel and hospitality company based in Hong Kong, where he sits on the board and investment committee, providing strategic oversight and guidance. He has overseen over $5 billion in financing transactions across the Asia Pacific region, demonstrating his expertise in structuring and managing complex deals. Tim manages key investment relationships and develops new business opportunities.
