Jake Graff is a Financial Representative at Rise North Capital. Jake focuses on helping clients identify and prioritize their lifestyle and financial objectives and map out short and long-term financial goals. Jake sees his responsibility as a call to arms and ensures that his clients are always fully educated on every topic of interest and import.
Jake has been in the financial services industry for the past 6 years, though he has always been motivated to serve others. Prior to joining Rise North Capital, Jake served in the United States Navy as a Seabee. Now, as a Financial Representative, Jake has found a new way to continue his service to others by guiding individuals, families, and business owners to achieve financial goals and overcome obstacles.
Jake earned both his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and his Masters's degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Massachusetts Boston. In his free time, he enjoys writing, taking his German Shepherd, Bear, to the park, and adventuring to breweries, wineries, and distilleries with his wife. He also has a 1st-degree black belt in Krav Maga. Jake lives in Pawtucket, RI.

Richard Fischer is a Managing Director at Rise North Capital. In this role, his leadership responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, and directing the careers of deeply passionate Financial Service Representatives. He works directly with the team of Financial Service Representatives at Rise North Capital and trains them to recognize and effectively meet the unique financial needs and goals of each client.
Richard has been in the financial services industry since 2005. Prior to joining Rise North Capital, he worked as a private financial planner. Richard was drawn to the financial services industry by a desire to help others and for the past sixteen years his mission has been to help clients, family, and friends achieve financial freedom. As a Managing Director, he especially enjoys coaching and shaping new talent of the next generation of Financial Service Representatives at Rise North Capital.
Richard is deeply passionate about working with youth services and is active in his church. He enjoys playing golf in his free time. Richard lives in Milton with his wife, daughter, two sons, and his mother.

Sara Scoville is a Financial Representative at Rise North Capital. She works closely with her clients to gain a deeper understanding of their current situation to effectively help them reach their financial goals. She puts her clients needs first and aims to provide them with peace of mind in relation to their financial future.
Sara enjoys working with Teachers and Federal Employees in order to maximize their pension, and plan for a comfortable retirement. Overall, she aims to make financial planning feasible for everyone - from individuals, families, and businesses - in relation to anything from retirement planning, college funding strategies, and income/asset protection.
Sara graduated from The University of Rhode Island in May 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Studies. During her time at URI, Sara participated in many philanthropic events, due to her membership in Alpha Xi Delta. In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her friends and family, her dog Sadie, being active, taking trips to the beach, and reading.
