Sarvis Cafe is more than just a place to eat and drink. We are also a youth empowerment center, where we provide training and resources for young chefs to launch their own businesses. Come enjoy delicious food and support our community's future entrepreneurs... Sarvis Cafe also serves as a youth empowerment center. We offer a 14-week certified culinary arts and customer service training program. Trained chefs will fill positions at local restaurants, catering facilities and other businesses in their own community... At Sarvis Cafe, we believe in supporting our community by sourcing our ingredients from local farms. Our menu changes seasonally to ensure that we are always serving the freshest and most delicious dishes.
