Stan Haar is the owner and primary instructor for S.C.O.P.E. Firearms Training. He is an NRA Life Member, and a volunteer Illinois Hunter Safety Master Instructor. Stan has 35 plus years experience training the law enforcement community and others interested in shooting. Stan is currently certified as an Illinois Concealed Carry Firearms Instructor, Utah Certified Concealed Carry Firearms Instructor, NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, and NRA Certified Range Safety Officer.
