SCOTT RICHARDSON FOR JUDGE

Scott Richardson has the experience that counts for this Circuit Court seat. Second Division hears Civil cases: contract cases, personal injury, civil rights, employment, divorce, child custody, and probate cases. Scott has handled all of these types of cases. In addition to representing people and small businesses, he has handled large, complex cases. He served for eight years as the lead Council in the Little Rock Desegregation case-a legal battle that began during the Central High School Crisis in 1957 and was in and out of the court system for decades. Scott helped settle the case for the Attorney General's office. And, he handled the case so the settlement was fair and equitable to the School Districts in Little Rock, North Little Rock, and Pulaski County, Arkansas taxpayers, and most importantly-to the students and parents in our school districts.
