Our mission to service the Federal Government continues today as our primary market remains in the Federal realm with an emphasis on DOD, VA, and USACE clientele. Our construction projects typically take place at military or government installations and we have provided construction services in support of contracts with all major branches of the US military including Coast Guard, Navy, Army and National Guard Units... Early in our experience, most DoD construction contracts were of the construct-as-designed, firm fixed price type. Eventually, the DOD changed their contracting methodology and began awarding more best-value, performance specification, design-build, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity..
