Abiodun Olushola

She advised on a wide range of legal transactions with an emphasis on energy and commercial transactions. She is also a specialist taxation and finance legal practitioner having undergone several trainings on taxation and finance in law, and obtaining a Masters degree in Energy Taxation and Finance. She has also successfully concluded tax advisory for Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) London office, and has worked on project-financing agreements regarding the TSKJ transaction, which was a turn-key contractor to the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas, Bonny, Rivers State. She has at one time acted as a consultant with the secretary of Section on Public Interest and Development Law (SPIDEL) of the Nigerian Bar Association on Legal and Regulatory Framework for the pending Pipeline Vandalism Bill in Nigeria. She has handled and supervised the review and drafting of bulk purchase agreements involving the Pipeline and Products Marketing Company Limited (PPMC) Abuja and several major and independent contractors under the company secretarial administration of Prince Haruna Momoh. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Bar Association (IBA), Energy Institute UK, and Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN - Europe & Africa Chapter).

Bukola Reis

She is a graduate of the University of Warwick, with a Masters degree in International Development Law and Human Rights. She has worked with multinational companies globally. With her expertise and vast experience in the professional sector, she worked as a legal professional in human resources department of an Italian company in Germany. Having worked on different international projects, and diverse industries, she is a corporate trainer to international companies. Bukola started her career at Uche Nwokedi & Co., she is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).

Folake Smith

She has widespread experience in all areas of criminal litigation, civil litigation including commercial law, labour law, intellectual property law, shipping and admiralty litigation and compliance. She has represented clients in trial and appellate courts. She is an advocate with laudable advocacy skills and she has a number of successful outcomes in litigation. Her research skills are commendable and she has a comprehensive perception and application of the law in general. She has drafted different legal opinions on a vast number of issues to various companies and individuals both locally and internationally.She has become actively involved in compliance issues; a broad range of admiralty and shipping matters at the Federal High Court and the Appellate Court of Nigeria. She has advised several local, national and multinational clients on corporate issues, compliance issues, debt recoveries, labour and immigration related issues. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
