SHINKAI KENSHA

Our focuses are breed preservation, health, temperament, and working aptitude. We follow the Kai Ken Aigokai (KKA) breed standard and also enter AKC, NIPPO/USA, and UKC conformation events and sports. All of our breeding dogs are thoroughly health tested with results publicly recorded. Our breeding dogs are expected to be family first, of sound temperament, and good with people, including strangers, children, and vets. Our goal is to create puppies that are improvements upon our own dogs... We have a strong support network of mentors, trainers, and breeders, and will always have a mindset towards continuous learning... Our team of 2 humans has a background in software engineering and systems engineering with a splash of martial arts and photography. We spend a large majority of our free time out with the dogs; we do training classes, performance trials, conformation shows, breed education, and they all come with us when we travel (we now have a van just for the dogs!).
