SKIN BIOPSY LAB

We are a laboratory specialized on skin biopsy with indirect immunofluorescence. We have over 10 years experience and we work on neurodegenerative disease. We are in Salvatore Maugeri Foundation - IRCCS - Institute of Telese Terme (BN) - Italy... Our research goals are focused on the study of the sensitive and autonomic nerve fibers of peripheral nervous system. We study the involvement of nerve fibers in neurodegenerative disease, in small and large fiber neurophaty, and the morpho-functional correlation. We are also ineterested to develop new strategy, protocol and instruments to improve the quality of life of the patients.
