As a Partner at Soloff Realty & Development, Inc., David is a seasoned professional concentrating in all aspects of retail leasing, sales and new construction projects, representing both tenants and landlords. David focuses on high volume National Tenant Rollout programs in the entire state of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. David also represents national, regional, and local landlords throughout the tri-state region, facilitating the sale and leasing of shopping centers and free standing retail properties. With an extensive 20-year plus career in Retail Real Estate, David identifies opportunities for his clients that match the proper location and environment to ensure long term success. Whether repurposing assets, assisting in ground up development, or in traditional leasing assignments, David has built a loyal client base that benefits from his integrity, his direct approach, and his unwavering commitment to deliver the best results.
Prior to joining Soloff Realty & Development, David began his Commercial Real Estate career at Colliers International (formerly Colliers Lanard & Axilbund), where he quickly learned the ropes and moved up the ranks to become a leading Retail Real Estate Broker in the region.
