Alfredo Ambrosio

Graduated in Business Administration from the Federico II University of Naples, Mr. Ambrosio has subsequently obtained an MBA from SDA Bocconi. In 1998 he began his career in the corporate finance team of Banca IMI. In 2000 he was with Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking division in London; in 2002 in the coverage team in Milan. In 2011, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer in the bank's M&A department for EMEA. In 2012, he joined Cassa Depositi e Prestiti as a staff member of the General Management. In 2014, he joined the M&A department of Banca IMI with responsibility for the consumer and retail industry and in 2017 he was appointed senior banker in the Corporate and Investment Banking division of Intesa Sanpaolo. Founding Partner and board member of Space Holding since 2013, he participated in the business combinations of Space's vehicles with Fila, Avio, Aquafil and Guala Closures. He took over as partner of Space in 2018. In 2019, he launched with the other Partners of Space Holding a platform for Club Deals called Space Capital Club, which has completed 2 investments (Adler Ortho and Bruno Generators Group).

Edoardo Subert

Graduated with full marks in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. He began his professional career at Cast, a management consulting firm founded by some of Bocconi's most prominent professors. In 1987 he joined Citibank, where he held various roles in the Investment Banking department, becoming Director of the M&A team. In 1990 he moved to Rothschild, first in London as Head of the Italian Desk and then from 1993 in Milan, where he became a member of the Board of Directors and Managing Director with responsibilities in various industries, as well as Partner at Rothschild Group level. From 2013 to 2016 he continued his career at Rothschild as Senior Advisor. In his 30 years in Investment Banking, he has advised on more than 100 successful M&A transactions. Founding partner of Space Holding since 2013, he was a member of the Board of Directors of all Space's listed vehicles, which later merged with Fila, Avio, Aquafil and Guala Closures. He was also Vice President of Guala Closure after the business combination with Space4. In 2019, he launched with the other Partners of Space Holding a Club Deal platform called Space Capital Club, which has completed 2 investments (Adler Ortho and Bruno Generators).

Giorgio Carelli

After obtaining a BSc. in Business Administration and spending 4 months in the US at the University of Washington as an exchange student, in October 2021, Giorgio graduated with full marks cum-laude from Bocconi University in the MSc. in International Management. He was part of the Double Degree program with the Fudan University of Shanghai, where he has spent his first year of Master. In October 2021, he started working in the Competitive Intelligence department of Ariston Group, in Milan. In March 2022, he joined Rothschild Co Italia S.p.A. as an Off-cycle Financial Analyst in the Corporate M&A department (M&A, Equity and Debt Advisory). He joined Space Holding in October 2022 as Analyst.

Laura Selvi

Graduated with full marks in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, after a 5-years' experience in the Investment Banking Division of Nomura International in London and Milan, she was part of the Athena Private Equity team as Investment Manager until 2009, for the entire investment cycle of the fund. Athena, with a global investment capacity of around Euro 250 million from leading Italian and European banking and insurance groups, has realised over 20 transactions with a focus on the buy-out of small and medium-sized industrial companies. On the strength of its experience in private equity, Mrs Selvi later joined FourPartners with the project of seizing the opportunity to make direct industrial investments in the Italian market. Since July 2015, at the time of Space2's listing, Laura joined Space Holding's operating team as Partner. She participated in the business combinations of Space vehicles with Avio, Aquafil and Guala Closures. In 2019, she launched with the other Partners of Space Holding a platform for Club Deals called Space Capital Club, which has completed 2 investments (Adler Ortho and Bruno Generators Group).

Marco Giovannelli

Graduated in Engineering at University of Southampton, Marco started his professional career working in M&A in Milan and Boston. In 2016, he joined Dea Capital Alternative Funds SGR as Analyst in the direct funds team, working on the investment, monitoring and dismissal phases of the fund.

Roberto Italia

Graduated magna cum laude in business and economics from Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali-Guido Carli (LUISS), Rome, in 1990. He began his professional career within the STET/Telecom Italia group. After receiving a master in business administration (MBA) with distinction from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, in 1994, Mr. Italia joined Warburg Pincus, where he began his professional experience in the private equity sector, in which he currently continues to operate. In particular, after Warburg Pincus Mr. Italia joined Henderson Private Capital and then Cinven, the European private equity group, and he is currently the head of Cinven's advisory business in Italy. Roberto Italia is a member of the board of directors or other management body of several Italian and foreign companies as well as not-for-profit associations, such as AIFI, the Italian venture capital and private equity. He has been partner of Space Holding since 2013 and has served as CEO of Space S.p.A. from its establishment up to its business combination with F.I.L.A. S.p.A.
