Andrew Weaver

Andrew joins our team with construction experience in both residential custom homes and production buildings. During his time in the Marine Corps, Andrew was attached to Engineer Company and worked in construction/utility operations supplying numerous off base field operations. After the Marines, Andrew began working in the Charleston area as a Field Engineer on residential custom homes in addition to working as a Superintendent with production home building. Andrew attended the College of Charleston where he completed his degree in Professional Studies in a concentration in Construction Management. Andrew joined Spire because he saw a company that was eager to make a difference in construction and share similar core values to his own. In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, fishing, golfing, and watching sporting events.

Cameron Brown

Cameron Brown joins Spire Contracting as Director of Partner Development, equipped with a rich background in sales, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing. His career showcases a knack for sparking strategic growth and nurturing significant partnerships. Cameron's expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and crafting effective marketing strategies is central to his role. At Spire, he aims to leverage this broad skill set to drive the company's expansion and strengthen its position in the market. Away from work, Cameron is deeply passionate about the outdoors and staying active, whether he's hitting the gym, enjoying the beach, snowboarding, or indulging in other outdoor activities.

Jordan Dickens

Jordan Dickens brings more than ten years of experience in community development and residential construction to the Spire team. Her leadership capability helps drive Spire and an ever evolving Charleston construction industry. Over the years Jordan has gained expertise in all phases of the construction process. Her meticulous attention to detail and organization ensure each aspect of a project is carefully evaluated and executed to the highest standards. Jordan serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Women in Construction and is a passionate advocate for women in the industry. When not driving projects at Spire, Jordan enjoys yoga, travel, great restaurants and time with family.

Joshua Mincin

Job Titles:
  • Project Superintendent
With 11 combined years of diverse construction and supervisor experience, Joshua is a great addition to the Spire team. His post military service and wealth of knowledge and skills in electric, plumbing, HVAC, and project management makes him a valuable asset for our construction projects. Joshua joins Spire with a shared vision for the industry, emphasizing unwavering commitment to quality and service. Outside of work, he cherishes time with his wife and two dogs, indulging in beach trips, fishing, car restoration, and exploring Charleston's scenic attractions and dining options.

Lee Dellicker

Job Titles:
  • Senior Advisor
  • Retired Founder and CEO
Lee is the retired Founder and CEO of a large construction management firm specializing in Academic/Institutional, Hospitality, Non-Profit, and Custom Home projects. As a licensed structural engineer in 4 states, his firm specialized in a design/build approach, with a strong emphasis on pre-planning. Lee hired Spire for a small project and was very impressed with their value-based approach. Lee now serves as an advisor on all aspects of building Spire to be in the "best of class" of Charleston contractors.

Natasha Weston

  • Project Administrator
Natasha Weston is a born and raised Charlestonian with over a decade of diverse professional experience in project organization and customer service. With a solid foundation in both the solar and banking industries, she brings a diverse perspective to Spire projects. Beyond her corporate background, Natasha spends her time outside of Spire running her own marketing and branding agency, which has also equipped her with a unique skill set that aligns with Spire's core values. When not on the job, Natasha enjoys binging podcasts, reading self-help and business books, and most importantly spending time with her son, family and friends.

Rosa Garcia

Rosa grew up in the construction industry, learning the ropes of her family construction business. Rosa brings over five years of experience in the roofing and exterior remodeling business. She worked with a national chain in construction project management and sales. Her professional specialties include employee development, operation, production management, and business development. Rosa desires to help people succeed and do a job well done that gives her the ability to not only work hard, but to take immense pride in what she does. When off the clock, Rosa is spending quality time with her family, camping or traveling.

Sean Oddis - CEO, Founder

Sean founded Spire with a vision for a construction company focused on exceeding customer standards and building incredible things. His focus on the highest quality experience for the customer led to a culture of partnership in building, where the customer is more than just a name on a project file and where meeting their expectations is the bare minimum. Sean is constantly working to embody our values of Respect, Rigor, and Responsibility both in the company and in the community. When Sean isn't on the job he enjoys boating, surfing, seeing live music, and working to make the Charleston area a better place.
