Although our backgrounds weren't the typical pipeline to owning an wholesale bakery - careers in corporate finance, IT, and retail and health sectors respectively - taking ownership of SOWB was a great opportunity... We have a wide variety of artisan breads made at our MidTown Cleveland location. All of us are deeply committed to meeting the needs of the community - that's why we offer almost two dozen types of dough that we can bake into almost any size or shape.
