At STUDIO, we craft contemporary Nordic cuisine with a French foundation and a global perspective. We draw significant inspiration from the opportunities presented by the local ingredients of the Danish seasons. However, we also readily allow our menu to be influenced by intriguing flavors, impressions, and techniques from other parts of the gastronomic world...
