Anthony Sultana is a Graphic Artist and Photographer by profession. He is the Creative Director of a Marketing & Media Company based in Malta providing marketing, media consultancy, 2D & 3D graphic branding, photography & videography. Throughout the years he always had a leading role in this private company for the past 12 years. Before this, he had served leading media companies in Malta in the marketing sector.
Anthony has been in the profession for more than 25 years and has practised both in Malta and abroad. He also formed part of other governmental boards in 2019 & 2020.

Francois Grech is a tech entrepreneur with over 20 years' experience in corporate IT strategy, digital transformation, application of innovative technology and solution delivery. He is a founding partner and Executive Director of Exigy, one of Malta's leading software companies, where he has successfully led large-scale public and private technology transformation projects in Malta, UK, Italy and Germany. Francois serves as a board member on a number of tech companies, operating locally and internationally.
Francois serves as the Chairman of the IT Business Section within the Malta Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he liaisons with Government on matters related to the development and evolution of the ICT Industry in Malta.
Francois is passionate about innovative technology and how it can be applied to solve business challenges within an organisation. He graduated from the University of Malta in 1997/98 and is a regular contributor to various tech publications and local and international events.

Mark Bugeja is a seasoned entrepreneur having over 30 years' experience in the Education, HR, Travel, IT, Marketing and Catering fields. One of the first Maltese to have programmed his own website back in 1996 after developing a keen interest in the new Internet industry. Mark also has 20 years' experience in Human Resources where he was employed by a large foreign manufacturing plant. In parallel to this experience he also has vast foreign marketing experience in the Middle East and Asian countries. Later on he was managing director of an English Language school for 15 years. Today he has developed a good understanding of knowledge of the new wave of the Fintech industry and promotes it through personal informative talks.

With 20 years experience in the IT industry and a MSc in Information Systems Management and a BCS Certificate in IS Consultancy Practice, Roland has served in a number of senior roles before assuming his current role of Deputy CEO of Loqus Group. Roland is instrumental in the growth strategy and operations of the Loqus Group and has extensive experience in the logistics market. Roland has led and developed multi-year projects for both public and private sector with a specific focus on international growth.

Wayne Grixti is the Chief Executive Officer at Tech.mt and Chairman of the MDIA. He was formerly the CTO of AirMalta and the MDIA and has chaired the Malta.AI Taskforce.

Prior to his current roles, Wayne was the Chief Technology Officer at Air Malta, in which he spearheaded the airline's digital transformation and modernisation initiatives. Formerly, he was the Chief Technology Officer at the Malta Digital Innovation Authority, where he supervised the Technology Department and the world's first National Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence certification programmes. Wayne also chaired the Malta.AI Taskforce in 2019, that developed the Strategy and Vision for Artificial Intelligence in Malta 2030 and the ethical AI framework for Malta, Towards Trustworthy AI. Wayne served as a Government Advisor on the Malta Blockchain Taskforce throughout 2018. He has also worked at the Malta Information Technology Agency for over 17 years, directing high-profile ICT projects in business architecture, consulting, project management, and EU financing. Wayne participated in a number of expert group meetings organised by the European Commission and was an active member of the European Blockchain Partnership.
