Tenuta Pistola is more than just a farm, it is a destination - with gardens opening stage by stage to the public, a vineyard with wine tours and a farm shop selling locally made produce... The land of Tenuta Pistola, the Pistola Estate, stretches across one side of the Canale Di Pirro valley, in Puglia. The farm, together with it's sister farms Petrarolo, and Cavallerizza Nuova produces organic olive oil, wine, and lavender grown on the estate's 150 hectares where strong sunshine and clement weather results in powerful flavours, aromas and colours... Petrarolo - The Petrarolo Estate, nestles in the hills over-looking the Adriatic and produces organic products made from olive and lavender plants grown on the estate's 30 hectares in the heart of Puglia.
