Andrew Friedland has over 31 years of experience in the Kitchen & Bath industry and over 14 years of experience in the Wholesale Distribution field selling kitchens, windows, doors, and siding. One of Andrew's greatest strengths is his ability to create valuable relationships with builders, property managers, home investors, and contractors. He is also active with the Local Builder & Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.
Bill Macklin has over 39 years of experience in the residential installation and building materials business and has been with Trinity Supply & Installation for over 18 years. As the only Celect certified installer in the Tri-State area, Bill specializes in project management. He measures, bids, and oversees installation to guarantee quality. His fields of concentration include windows, doors, decks, and a multitude of exterior sidings.
Margaret Morgan has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. Her experience came as a partner in the construction of new homes and operation of a kitchen and bath retail showroom, along with years in the wholesale distribution of windows, doors, plumbing and cabinetry. Margaret's main focus has become design of kitchen and baths. She uses the skills she gained in construction to be a superior designer. Relationship building has always been a high priority for her while working with property management companies, contractors, and their customers.
Mike Bagnato has over 32 years of experience in the Residential Construction business. His core strengths include construction sales, kitchen design and installation, business management, and business accounting. Mike has been the CFO for Trinity Supply & Installation since their inception. Mike's past experience includes being an Executive Director for the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, North Pittsburgh Hockey Association, Pine Richland Hockey, and Pennsylvania Interscholastic Hockey League. He was also a Life Director at BAMP and the Head Coach for North Allegheny High School Varsity Hockey Team.
Rick Berteotti has 40 years in the supply and installation business. His executive management experience and strengths include product sales and development, customer development, and marketing. Rick has achieved the outstanding supplier award in the tristate region and was awarded several sales and marketing awards for cabinet sales. He was also a member of the Cecil township zoning board for the past 20 years.
