He has held consulting positions as project manager, team leader, business analyst, systems analyst, developer and QA tester on several mission-critical projects for companies in the financial, oil, semiconductor, telecommunications, retail, entertainment and music copyright industries. Jocelyn has built up a successful history of implementing a variety of software applications, including SAP, for diverse industries worldwide. She has managed projects, configured and implemented systems in Asia, North America and Europe. Her SAP career started in 1999 as a Finance-Controlling (FI/CO) Application Consultant. She shifted to Human Resources (HR) in cognizance of the growing importance of managing human capital. Certified in both Finance (FI) and Human Resource (HR) modules, she has performed multiple roles in her SAP projects - as Project Manager, Business Team Lead, Application Consultant, Trainer, Validation and Change Management Agent. Jocelyn's competitive advantage is that she possesses the business savvy and IT knowledge and experience to introduce business process innovation through formulating and executing business processes. She has conducted multiple blueprinting sessions, roadmapping activities and evaluation of current business practices. True to her nature of constantly upgrading her skills on leading edge technologies, Jocelyn's latest endeavors are focused in the area of SAP portal applications, SAP-partner applications and SAP Netweaver products.
