My name is Tui and I have been married to David , an Englishman for 17 years and lived in Somerset and worked in England for most of that time. I worked in Chinese and Thai restaurants and most recently for the last 4 years at Center Parcs in Longleat preparing and cooking Indian, Chinese and Italian food. We are now living permanently in Palamartsa where we have owned and renovated a holiday home for 7 years and have been taking holidays here for 3 to 6 weeks every summer. We love Bulgaria and Bulgarian people and the traditions and history and also the wonderful fruit and vegetables that grow in the rich , fertile soil here - the taste is superb. I have over the last few years successfully grown many Thai herbs and spices in my vegetable garden at our House... We serve quality Thai Jasmine Rice and also Thai Glutinous..
