Professional Experience: Born in Mexico City, specialized in Aviation Law with more than 10 years of experience in the aviation sector. He has developed his professional career in various branches of Mexican Law, achieving a synergy to meet the needs of each of his clients, thus achieving the established goals. In his participation in the aeronautical sector, and thanks to his continued professional development, and constant updating in the matter, he has obtained important regulatory achievements, for the performance of schedule, non-schedule operations, and private flights, for national and foreign operators. He has extensive knowledge of the operational area, in which he has managed to carry out operations in the different airports of the Mexican territory, for cargo and passenger operations. He's been involved in the obtaining of permits to open private aerodromes, commencement of operations for new operators, code share agreements, advice and assistance in matters of consumers protection law, attention and follow-up with Mexican entities involved in the operational and regulatory affairs of the clients. Throughout her professional career has rendered legal assistance, to public and private entities, in aviation, corporate and commercial law, among others, in matters related to international civil aviation, bilateral agreements, airport regulations and procedures needed to obtain Schedule and Non Schedule operations permits and approvals, for domestic and foreign carriers, such as aircraft and routes incorporation, insurance, traffic rights, share code, dry and wetlease agreements, among others. She obtained her Law Degree in Iberoamericana University. She has had the honor of being a Member of the Board of Directors of the Air Transport National Chamber (CANAERO) for several years. Has published several articles related to Mexican aviation Law and actively participated in international aviation forums, such as Latin America Aviation Association ("ALTA") and International Aviation Women's Association ("IAWA"), among others. As of 2014, has been ranked as an aviation specialized lawyer by Chamber & Partners.

RODOLFO SEBASTIÁN SÁNCHEZ SÁNCHEZ

Was born in Mexico City. He has worked for more than 15 years in the area of Litigation in Administrative and Tax Law and in Corporate Law. In his practice in Administrative and Fiscal Litigation, including Amparo proceedings, he has participated in several trials before the Supreme Court of Justice and other judicial instances in relation to Tax Law, among others, Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Business Tax at a Single Rate. Likewise, he has participated in various procedures regarding the public officers responsibilities, termination of administrative contracts entered into with Government, challenge of tax credits. On the other hand, Rodolfo Sanchez has a vast experience in Tax Consulting matters, he has participated in advising on the conclusion of national and international commercial transactions, as well as on the advice on Agreements to Avoid Double Taxation. Additionally, he has provided legal advise throughout tax audit procedures, tax refund, confirmation of criteria, etc. In the area of Corporate Law, he has actively advised companies from their establishment in Mexico and the preparation and negotiation of the proper corporate documents, among others, minutes of shareholders' meetings and in the design of beneficial corporate governance, up to the conservation of books and corporate documents, and in compliance with foreign investment regulations. He has provided legal advice regarding the merger or split of all types of legal entities and due diligence process. He obtained his Law Degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana (1998). He has a specialty in Corporate Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana in 2000 and a specialty in Amparo Trial from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in 2003.
