In January 2011, having been in the field of human resources for over 10 years, Partner and CEO, Laurelle Maharaj decided that she wanted to add to her skill set and decided that providing support and assistance to businesses to analyze and execute on their human resources needs may just be the challenge she was looking for. After landing her first client, Laurelle decided that she truly enjoyed helping businesses reach their full potential from a people perspective and that in addition to working full-time as an HR Leader, she would continue to assist businesses on the evenings and weekends, hence Virelle Consulting Inc was born.
