Each piece that comprises any part of a Wachsen product is identified, cut, and approved by the appropriate department prior to assembly. At any stage in the production process, any individual part can be identified. Quality control to our technical specifications is performed before sending them along the manufacturing chain, while being inspected every step of the way. All metal components are deburred for safe handling. All welds are inspected for strength and quality. All materials are cleaned and free of decontaminates before leaving our facilities. We insist upon quality control audits, conducted by third-party agencies, three to four times per year to make sure that all of our quality control measures are in place and being fully implemented.
