She then completed her general psychiatry residency training at Yale University before returning to Baltimore for her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Sun joined Student Health and Well-Being and Johns Hopkins faculty as a part-time assistant professor at the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in 2020. She enjoys working with young adults and supporting them in their mental health as they pursue their academic and professional goals.

Cathie Axe is the Executive Director of Johns Hopkins' Student Disability Services (SDS) university-wide. Her role was created in 2019 to bring disability services across the schools and campuses into one consistent, efficient and inclusive system. From developing a collective mission to centralizing services to increasing accessibility and reducing ableism, her work involves collaborations and partnerships with students, faculty, staff ,and community members. With over 30 years of higher education experience, 27 of those years managing disability services at a variety of institutions, Cathie has had the opportunity to engage in the evolution of services and perspectives around disability. She earned her Master's degree in Counseling and Development in Higher Education at George Mason University where she also got her start in disability services. She received her Bachelor's degree from Brown University in Business Economics where she worked in her most recent past role as Associate Dean and Director of Accessibility Services. Over her sixteen years at Brown she developed disability services from a one-person office to a robust and progressive team of staff, campus partners and engaged students. Her work in disability services has spanned a variety of institutions including Northern Virginia Community College and American University where served as an LD/ADHD specialist.

Elizabeth Cook, PhD is a licensed psychologist and liaison to underrepresented groups for University Health Services - Mental Health. She completed her graduate training at Northeastern University and internship at Johns Hopkins University Counseling Center (Homewood Campus). Dr. Cook received further training as a postdoctoral fellow at University of Pennsylvania's Counseling Center, with a particular focus on outreach. Her clinical orientation is integrative, with a central combination of person-centered, multicultural and feminist approaches, as well as the utilization of techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Dr. Cook has a particular interest in working with students of intersectional, marginalized identities and seeks to help students better understand their own subjective world.

Frances (she/her) has worked as a mental health clinician and clinical leader at Johns Hopkins University since 2010. Currently, Frances serves as Associate Director of Consultation Services, overseeing the Consultation Services team of mental health clinicians in Baltimore and DC and providing consultation to campus partners who are concerned about students' well-being. Before she led clinical teams, Frances provided counseling to Johns Hopkins faculty, staff, and students, and prior to her clinical social work career, taught yoga, literature, and writing. Jennifer Howes (she/her) is the Chief Mental Health Director for the Division of Student Well-Being at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Howes oversees the range of programs and clinics that provide care to the JHU student and trainee communities across the University. Her current focus is the integration of Mental Health Services under one organization to provide equitable, accessible, and quality mental healthcare. This multi-faceted project includes the development of a reimagined leadership structure across the organization, establishing a unified philosophy of care and critical infrastructure to support the breadth of services MHS provide, and expanding the professional development available to staff. Prior to joining JHU, she served as Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Wellness at the California Institute of Technology. She is a licensed clinical psychologist with experience working in a range of clinical settings, including the Los Angeles County jail system, community mental health, private practice, and higher education. Her clinical interests include suicide prevention, developing systems of care based in equity and inclusion, and innovative approaches to mental health intervention through interdisciplinary practice. Jennifer earned her BA from UCLA and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at AIU.

Judith Geller has joined the University Health Services- Mental Health clinic as a Clinical Social Worker. Ms. Geller has most recently worked at the Outpatient Psychiatry department at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. Judy Johnson Grados, Psy.D, is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Maryland. She earned a doctorate from Indiana State University before joining Henry Ford Health Systems in Detroit, Michigan as a staff psychologist. Dr. Grados later relocated to Baltimore, Maryland, completing a post-doctoral fellowship at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, Department of Mental Health. She has previously held previous part-time faculty appointments through the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University and through the University of Maryland. Dr. Grados has clinical expertise and research interests in the area of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression, and in enhancing mental health and wellness of doctoral and post-doctoral students, medical students and resident interns. In the past, Dr. Grados has owned and managed a busy private practice for more than a decade in the Baltimore metropolitan area and has experience with individuals of all ages. She has co-authored an evidence-based CBT social skill program manual for youth entitled The Resilience Builder Program for Children and Adolescence. Dr. Grados lives with her partner of more than 25 years, and has two grown children. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her three family dogs, swimming, traveling, being outside, and gardening.

Julie Butchart (she/her) is an advanced practice nurse practitioner (NP). As a graduate of the University of Michigan's School of Nursing, Dr. Butchart was drawn to psychiatry from the beginning of her studies. She went on to work as a psychiatric nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital both in patient and in the Emergency Department setting. She completed her graduate work at the University of Maryland focusing her doctoral work on safety planning in the emergency department setting. As an NP, she has worked in a variety of roles including as a consultant within the hospital, in private practice and within the university setting where she developed a passion for helping the student learner navigate the transitions that come with young adulthood. Previously he worked with the Ingoma Foundation where he supported police and youth relationships, economic development, and youth leadership. B.U.I.L.D. (Baltimore United In Leadership Development), where he helped develop video presentations to highlight the recreational needs for Baltimore Youth through the "Save Our Youth/Save Our City campaign". Through that campaign, he also helped to organize residents in the East Baltimore community of Darley Park to get the Rita M. Church recreational Center built. He also got the Nehemiah Homes built in partnership with TRF development company. He started his public service career as an advocate at Foster Youth Incorporated, a foster youth advocacy program. In 2016 he won the inaugural Joe McNeely Award for Community Organizing. Throughout his public service career he has done projects with Johns Hopkins University, University of Maryland, Aspen Institute, MD Dpt of Labor, and Startup Maryland. Part time he serves as the administrator for the Griot Works Program (A Program of Afrikan Youth Alchemy) . He is currently attending Morgan State University, pursuing a degree in Screenwriting and Animation. He is eager to bring these skills to JHU CC.
