After years working for companies internally, she had the desire to start her own business, and saw a need in Sonoma County to help other small business owners. Along with being a certified Empowering People in the Workplace facilitator, she holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.
