As such, we don't have unlimited sources of our own funds to constantly buy houses for cash. We network with other local investors, which allows us access to more funding. This means when you sell to us, there is always someone with the necessary funds to buy your house for cash. If we don't personally fix up and resell your house, we partner with others who will. When that happens, they(not you) pay us a small finders fee and you get paid with their funds. The important thing to remember is that you get paid quickly at our agreed on price... We understand that people who need to sell their house quickly need help right away. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our clients are our top priority.
