Windwards Cricket Inc is the official body responsible for cricket in the Windward Islands, which consists of Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia and St. Vincent & the Grenadines. We are a full member of Cricket West Indies Inc and owns the Windwards Volcanoes franchise... The Windward Islands Cricket Board (WICB) is the ruling body for cricket in the following Windward Islands: Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. WICB is a subsidiary of Cricket West Indies, the body responsible for cricket in the Caribbean. The Secretariat and franchise (Windwards Volcanoes) is based in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
