Courtney, is a mom of three busy girls, a four time Boston Marathoner, running coach, RYT 200 yoga instructor. She is passionate about sharing her love of fitness with others. With an in-depth knowledge of both running and yoga, she also has Master ™s in Special Education, allowing her to connect with a wide audience of runners, yogis and children. Running to her is a moving meditation and she is constantly finding ways join her two passions of running and yoga. Courtney finds time daily to spend on her mat in order to create space in her head and focus on her mind and body. Today ™s world is a constant high paced merry go round, yoga allows us time away from the chatter of the world. Courtney ™s classes will lead you to feel a deep stretch and increased strength both mentally and physically.
