YAW-USA is committed to providing meaningful career and technical education to young adults preparing for re-entry into their communities. In partnership with DJJ and other agencies, YAW-USA will accept candidates that meet their criteria to be accepted into the program... YAW-USA, Corp. is a 501c3 organization created to foster the development of "Opportunity Youth" recently released from youth and adult facilities. After identifying qualified participants, YAW will utilize proprietary YouScience Technology to determine each participant's Aptitude based Interests. Provided this YouScience data, we will guide Opportunity Youth toward the industry that provides the best opportunity for job success... But that's not all we will do…we will mentor, coach, and develop YAW youth. YAW has designed mentor driven young-adult resource groups to help develop the practical skills necessary to be successful in small and large business settings.
