Alon has considerable investment banking experience, and extensive capabilities in emerging and frontier markets across bonds, corporate debt, equities and private placements. Alon started in the industry in 1994 and until recently was one of the founding partners at Exotix Partners. Prior to Exotix Alon has worked in both origination and sales roles at Merril Lynch and WestLB. Alon has also worked as a financial consultant advising clients on emerging market debt. Alon has an Economics degree from University College London and an MBA from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Andre has more than 16 years of experience in the financial markets. Prior to joining Visor, Andre was a partner with Exotix Partners and specialized in sourcing and trading distressed and illiquid debt and equity across emerging markets and Europe. His previous experience included roles at BlueBay Asset Management and ING Bank. Andre started his career in New York with PWC and later with E&Y where he worked on audit and advisory services. He holds MBA degree from the City University of New York and MS degree in Finance from London Business School.

Colin has a wealth of sellside and buyside experience across financial services covering front, back and middle office having spent the first decade of his career in operational roles, risk management and system design and project management at BAML, Deutsche Bank and VTB in London. This was followed by a decade of emerging markets sales at Metropol Finance, Sberbank of Russia and Norvik Banca. More recently Colin set up and ran the London branch of an Italian family office providing compliance and businesnss management support to the CEO. Colin holds a BA (Hons) in History from Kings College London.
Stefano has over 18 years of experience in the developed and frontier financial markets. He joined Visor Capital from Credit Agricole equity desk. Prior to that Stefano was Director at ING Bank covering Central and Eastern markets. His previous experience includes equity Sales and Trading positions at Santander and Morgan Stanley. Stefano has a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Pavia.
