James is the Managing Director of GRENKE Invoice Finance in the UK. Since 2013 James and his team have provided tailored invoice finance solutions to help businesses manage their cash-flow efficiently and effectively. By using these services, companies are able to use their stronger working capital position to fund expansion and growth particularly in the tough economic environment that we are currently experiencing.
Jit has been part of the GRENKE team since 2015. Beginning as a Regional Sales Manager within our very busy Manchester Branch, Jit has a strong background in sales, particularly from the financial Broker community. His extensive knowledge across a wide range of assets set him to succeed amongst our partners and his peers. Jit was given the helm of a new Leeds Branch in 2018, and has seen a steady growth in business and has built a talented team around him. Jit was instated as the National Sales Manager in 2022, supporting our Managing Director of Sales to develop the GRENKE business in the UK.

Suzy joined the GRENKE team as Head of Operations in 2023. Prior to this, she has had a long career in financial services having worked for a venture capital firm and asset management firms, focusing on operational and relationship management roles. Suzy has responsibility for our operational teams ensuring that all systems and procedures run efficiently and effectively as the GRENKE business continues to grow in the UK.
