Clarissa (Claire) Warner

Clarissa (Claire) joined 9258 Wealth Management in January 2020 from National Retirement Consultants, Inc. Claire has extensive experience in individual, fiduciary and estate tax preparation and planning. Her career experience also includes public accounting and trust administration. Claire received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting May 1986 from Northern Kentucky University. She currently holds both CPA (1996) and CFP (1992) designations. Outside of work, Claire is a Jazzercise Instructor and loves boating and spending time with her two children and Molly, her dog!

Clayton Reynolds

Clayton Reynolds, CRPS® currently serves as Senior Vice President, Investments for 9258 Wealth Management. With over 14 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, Clayton brings a background in financial advisory, retirement planning, and investment planning. He holds a BA in Business Management and a minor in Economics from Wilmington College. Prior to 9258 Wealth Management, Clayton's career began in banking. He worked for National Bank and Trust / Peoples Bank as Branch Service Manager. In 2012, he transitioned to a financial advisor role where he served clients across eleven branch locations. In 2016, Clayton joined Walt Lunsford's practice as a financial advisor. That same year, he received his Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) designation from the College of Financial Planning. The CRPS® designation is for advisors focused on creating and administering retirement plan solutions for businesses. Clayton has served 9258 Wealth Management as a financial advisor since the firm's inception in 2018. Clayton works with participants in the firm's 401k business, providing advice on investment allocations and deferral rates. Clayton also works closely with the Investment Committee to invest and manage client portfolios.

Dean Johns

Dean Johns joined 9258 Wealth Management in February 2019 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Director of Financial Planning. Dean graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Minnesota State University - Mankato in 1991 and earned his Master's in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota in 1999. Dean is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) having received the Elijah Watts Sells award for the November 1991 exam (top 100 in the country). Dean also received his CFP® certification in 2013. Dean recently spent 6 years with an independent financial advisory firm serving as a client advisor to high net worth professionals and business owners. He was also acting CFO for the firm. Prior to that, he spent 20 years in public accounting with Grant Thornton LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. His public accounting experience includes 10 years in tax client service and 10 more years in practice management and operational roles. His last role in public accounting was Executive Director of Partner Matters for Grant Thornton LLP where he was the trusted advisor for all 500+ partners and their personal financial interests of the firm. Dean's wife, Miki, is the CFO for Dean Houston, a Cincinnati based marketing firm. They are proud parents of two children who attend Cincinnati Country Day School.

Edwina Martin

Edwina Martin, CPA, joined 9258 Tax Preparation and Planning in January 2019 as Vice President, Assistant Director-Tax Planning. Edwina attended Cedarville University, majoring in Business and Accounting. She has extensive tax and accounting experience in both personal and corporate taxation which spans over 30 years. Edwina recently, worked over 11 years with Teradata Corporation, located in Dayton, OH. Edwina managed their state and local income taxes as well as personal property taxes, encompassing 40 states and many jurisdictions. Her experience also included tax audits, tax planning and tax research. Edwina's personal tax knowledge includes complex to simple individual tax returns. She has worked with owners of small and medium sized businesses, providing compilation of financial statements, net worth statements and other professional tax and accounting services relevant to the individual owner's needs. Edwina earned her Certified Public Accountant credential in 1992. The Ohio Society of CPA's requires 120 hours of continuing professional education each 3 years in order to maintain her licensing. This recurring reporting standard ensures she stays up-to-date with tax and accounting issues. In 2021, Edwina became a National Social Security Advisor Certificate Holder. The NSSA certificate promotes advanced Social Security education providing the knowledge to counsel clients on the best way to claim Social Security benefits in order to optimize lifetime Social Security income. Edwina is a native of West Virginia and has lived as a Buckeye for almost 30 years. She enjoys travel, baking, hiking, boating and other outdoor activities outside of work. She also enjoys volunteering with Special Olympics and has organized volunteers to serve for the past 8 years. Edwina will report directly to Larry Langefels. Larry serves as the CFO of 9258 Tax Preparation and Planning, a recently formed LLC subsidiary of 9258 Wealth Management.

Emily Berryman

Emily joined 9258 Wealth Management in December of 2023 as a Senior Accountant. She brings ten years' experience in tax accounting to the Blue Ash office. Her most recent role was as an accountant with a West Chester- based firm where she prepared tax returns, worked with workers' compensation, sales tax and CAT tax filings and performed bookkeeping duties. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Blake, and their two sons, Dean and Charlie. She likes to travel and explore new places, work on puzzles and play video and board games, read, crochet and make costumes for her kids. She also has a giant orange cat, named Otto, who follows her everywhere.

Jacob Petrie

Jacob spent the last six years working for Fidelity Investments where he helped clients with retirement planning. Jennifer Bragg

Jennifer joined John F Dickey & Co. in the fall of 2016. She has over ten years of experience in bookkeeping. She is a member of the Intuit Quickbooks ProAdvisor Program for QuickBooks Online and Desktop. The ProAdvisor Program is a certificate program with annual testing to keep your status. Jennifer moved to Ohio in 2005 from West Virginia with her husband, JS. JS Bragg is the Assistant Director of Student Activities at Miami University in Oxford, OH. Jennifer assists in the coordination and running of leadership and team building retreats for various organizations. In 2008, they adopted Quinn, a very loving Black Lab/Boxer. Jennifer graduated cum laude from Miami University with a B.S. in Accounting in 2015. At Miami, Jennifer received the Harry C. Lyle Scholarship which was based solely on her academic performance in accounting classes. She was also a member and officer of the Miami Electronic Gaming Association (MEGA) and a member of the Strategy Gaming Club (SGC). Joe Belew - SVP

Joe joined 9258 Wealth Management in October of 2023, after retiring from a local bank in Hamilton for which he served 44 years as a senior vice-president. Originally hired by Bill Groth in 1979 to work with him at a Hamilton bank, the duo is now reunited working together with the team at 9258 Wealth Management in Hamilton. He joins Groth, along with the other former bank team members Claire Warner, Cathy Waters and Peggy Kollstedt on the team that also includes Pete Bohrofen and Cindy Fields. Joe brings decades of financial industry knowledge and experience to his clients, constructing portfolios and tailoring investment solutions to their unique needs and objectives. Born and raised in Hamilton, Joe is a graduate of Hamilton Taft High School and of Belmont College in Nashville where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration. Joe is a member of the Rotary Club of Hamilton, a member of the Community Improvement Corporation of Hamilton and a board member of Kettering Health Hamilton and of the Fort Hamilton Hospital Foundation board. Joe and his wife Susan have been married more than 40 years and have two grown children, Sarah and Tyler and three grandchildren, Kensington, Braxton and Emerson. Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and family vacationing on Hilton Head Island, golfing with friends and watching the Reds and the Bengals.

Larry joined 9258 Wealth Management in late 2020 and serves the firm as Chief Financial Officer. With more than 28 years of professional experience, Larry brings a background in marketing, finance, sales, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, and executive management. He holds a BBA in both Accounting and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. He has also received his Certified Public Accountant designation. Larry's diverse background includes a range of roles - from Audit Manager at a local CPA firm, to Controller at one of the oldest and leading distributors of material handling equipment, turnkey systems, and waste-reduction systems in the country. Larry also served as Chief Financial Officer/Vice President of Finance, Treasurer, and Board of Directors Secretary for Basco Manufacturing Company in Mason, OH. He rose to this position from a previous position as Controller during his fifteen-year term with the company. He successfully started his own company, Accounting Plus More LLC, providing CFO/consulting services. Most recently he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the Board for the IT Verdin Company. Larry was a Greater Cincinnati CFO of the Year nominee and is an avid supporter of several nonprofit organizations including Agape for Youth, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He enjoys travel, cycling, working on his golf game, and relaxing at home with his wife, Beth, and their two Labrador "kids," Maggie and Nellie.

Margaret serves 9258 Wealth Management as our Public Relations Liaison as well as the Director of Philanthropy. Margaret earned her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelors of Science degrees from the University of Kentucky. She followed this course of study by earning her Master's of Physical Therapy, also from the University of Kentucky. Margaret holds her Physical Therapy license, and has practiced in both in-patient and out-patient facilities. Margaret has served in various roles within philanthropy during the last decade; most recently as a member and as a trustee for the Hatton Foundation, a local private family foundation. Her passion for helping others will be invaluable in her Director's responsibility.

Mary Kay holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in business administration from Xavier University and has received several top sales awards during her career. She enjoys biking, traveling, walking her dog Chewie, going to the gym and spending time with friends. She lives in Lebanon with Chewie and her two cats.

Mindy Sander

Melinda (Mindy) Sander joined 9258 Tax Preparation and Planning as a seasonal assistant during the 2023 tax season, then transferred to 9258 Wealth Management in May 2023. She has a bachelor's degree from Miami University and a master's degree from the College of Mount St. Joseph. Mindy spent more than 15 years in the field of education as a classroom teacher. She is excited to bring her skills of organization, attention to detail, and client service to the 9258 team. Mindy's interests include hiking, traveling, and solving crossword puzzles. She also enjoys participating in community walk events in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Matthew 25 Ministries, The SandAngel Foundation and the American Heart Association. She loves spending time with her husband Tom and their two adult sons, Craig and Matthew.

Peggy Sepate

Peggy Sepate joined 9258 Tax Preparation and Planning as a tax manager in June of 2022. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Peggy has been working in the public accounting arena for more than 20 years. She is experienced in preparation and review of financial statements, tax preparation software packages, client reviews and audits and has a background that includes preparing federal, state and local income tax returns. Peggy has an associate degree in data management from Cincinnati State University and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Kentucky University. She received her CPA in January of 2002. Peggy enjoys volunteering for Hamilton County as a poll worker during elections, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Tom's diverse executive background includes roles as Vice President Service Manager, Operations/Compliance Manager, Financial Advisor, Portfolio Manager, and his most recent role as Vice President, Investment Advisory Surveillance for Huntington Financial Advisors in Columbus, OH. Tom's time served as a Financial Advisor and Private Client Advisor has led him to have a deep understanding of the importance that the operational role serves in the client experience. His experience includes global projects implementing all major ERP systems and over 40 mobile applications. Tom is the managing partner of Altabos, a Cincinnati based consulting company. Altabos provides specialized services including cyber security and IT leadership specific to the investment advisory industry.

Bill, a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, graduated from Marquette University in 1968, attended the University of Wisconsin Law School and graduated from Salmon P. Chase Law School in 1973. Bill began his career in the Trust Department of the Second National Bank of Hamilton in 1970 and rose to Sr. Vice President manager of the Trust Department and then to Sr. Vice President Retail Financial Services. Second National was acquired by First National Bank of Cincinnati and was Star Bank when Bill left to establish a Trust Department at Society Bank, now Key Bank in Hamilton and joined the southwest Ohio management team for the trust division. When Bill left Key to start his Registered investment advisory business, National Retirement Consultants, Inc in January, 1997 he was Midwest Sales Manager for the KeyBank Trust Division with responsibility for Trust offices in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. Since 1997, Bill has focused his attention on wealth management for his clients and their families. National Retirement Consultants has clients in over 25 states and Bill currently manages assets in excess of $210,000,000. Bill and his staff provide individualized services for their clients, several of which are third generation relationships. Bill's legal and tax expertise prove very helpful in providing a strong financial and estate planning experience for our clients in addition to investment management. Bill and his wife Jackie enjoy Hilton Head with family and have recently sold their vacation rental homes and this past summer purchased and renovated a personal residence there. Their four children currently live in Northern Kentucky, Columbus, Ohio, Annandale, Virginia and Puesco, Chile. Bill has been an active member of the community, currently serving on the boards of The Fitton Center, Pyramid Hill, Primary Health Solutions and Neighborhood Housing as well as serving on the Hamilton City Civil Service Commission and the investment committee of The Hamilton Community Foundation. Bill has served on the boards of numerous community organizations in leadership positions as well.
