Micah is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma and now a Dallas, Texas transplant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Northeastern State University. With over 4 years of experience in food safety, Micah has served as a health inspector for the Tulsa Health Department, a food safety auditor II for Underwriters Laboratories Everclean and is currently a food safety analyst for Whole Foods Market Inc. He aspires to help retail establishments overcome challenges in food safety. Micah enjoys training and working with people from various cultures and backgrounds.
