AHR Designs is currently based in Maplewood, NJ where Alexa resides with her 2 teens, a super supportive hubby, and 2 adorable labradoodles, Hazel and Libby... Alexa has been designing interiors professionally since 2010. Her love of color and layers of pattern is present in every project she touches. The details of flow, function, and durability are central to her designs. She gets to know her clients with a deep dive into how they really live. Where will you place a cup of coffee when seated in that cozy chair? Will anyone realistically tend to the wine stain on the marble if you're not home? Shoes on in the house?
