Bespoke Mitigation Partners (BMP) is focused on the customized development and advisory services for eco-asset solutions. These services support both public and private sector clientele. George Kelly, Founder of BMP, has been involved with the environmental market space since 1997. Mr. Kelly is a pioneer in the industry, a leader in promoting policy to drive and support environmental markets. Prior to forming BMP, Mr. Kelly led the development of new markets and new geographies for the largest ecological offset provider in the United States, Resource Environmental Solutions (RES). In 2014, RES acquired Mr. Kelly's original company, Environmental Banc and Exchange (EBX). An industry pioneer since 1997, EBX was acquired to help expand RES' knowledge base and geographic/technical delivery capabilities.
